The teeth are cleaned and sterilized. Our doctors will give one coat of a clear or white mineralizing dental sealant to each back tooth. To bond the sealant to tooth surface, the dentist applies a curing light. And that is the whole procedure, which takes only minutes! There are no shots, drilling, or pain. The teeth remain completely intact, and this has been proven to be a very effective treatment to help preserve their permanent teeth for a lifetime.
